SHORT NEWS: Maersk Oil has signed a charter contract regarding two platform supply vessels. The contracts last two months to two years. The two vessels from Mokster and SolstadFarstad are reserved for work in the British part of the North Sea.

The company, which is owned by Total, has reserved Solstadfarstad’s Rem Mistral, a charter that carries 5.500 DWT and was built in 2012, for service taks for a consistent period of 24 months, according to broakers.

The 4.500- DWT Stril Myster, built in 2003, has also been given a contract by Maersk Oil in Britain that will last for two months with the potential for extension.

So far no payment details has been given regarding the two deals.
