Den amerikanske flådes kommende, futuristiske destroyer USS Zumwalt, er ved at blive samlet som et puslespil af skibsdele hos Bath Iron Works i delstaten Maine. Seneste leverance kommer fra Huntington Ingalls, Gulfport i Mississippi.

Video herunder viser, hvordan de 200 millioner dollar dyre kompositenheder ruller ud af produktionshallen, inden de bugseres videre til Maine.



Det var oprindeligt planen, at der skulle bygges 32 Zumwalt-klasse destoyere. Men på grund af ekstremt høje udgifter er antallet nu kun 3 stk.
