SENIOR CONSULTANT - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - GROUP HR

As our Senior Development Consultant, you will be part of an ambitious HR team consisting of 9 experienced HR professionals, and you will be reporting to our Head of Transformation & Leadership. You will be based at our headquarters in Middelfart. The position will take you travelling up to 50 days per year to our foreign offices to conduct training sessions as well as workshops.
The role of the Senior Consultant – Leadership Development is new in Bunker Holding. As such, you will have the possibility of shaping the role based on your key individual skills and experience. Your primary responsibility as Senior Development Consultant includes ensuring that our leaders are developing themselves within areas that provide value to their employees and support the strategic direction of the organisation. This involves daily interaction with managers supporting them on operational challenges, as well as co-developing and driving leadership development activities and programmes. Additional responsibilities include being involved as a change manager on projects in the organisation, partnering with our business by delivering on various initiatives, and supporting HR calendar activities.
Your qualifications are a minimum of 7 years directly related experience preferably in an international organisation or consultancy firm. Throughout your career you have demonstrated that you are able to quickly build and maintain strong business relationships. You probably have a university degree within business administration, organisation and management or similar. You know about best practices within the general HR toolbox and the typical processes in the annual HR cycle. You enjoy a role closer to the business. Furthermore you:
• Are proficient and motivated within change management and change leadership
• Thrive in an environment with a lot of challenges and varying tasks
• Can analyse complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions
• Have a strong ability to maintain focus on and prioritise the essential parts in projects and deliveries
• Is a “get-it-done” type that is strongly motivated by seeing the final product delivered
• Have knowledge of the shipping industry would be preferred, but is not required
• Are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
