Maersk Tankers are moving their headquarters in Copenhagen from Nicolai Eigtveds Gade to Holmbladsgade next year. All of the 160 emloyees will be transferred to the new address. The new office reflects Maersk Tankers ambitions of creating a market leading digital tanker shipping company.

“The office will support our ambition of becoming a digital tanker shipping company that offers competitive services to customers and partners through our algorithmic based trading, size and global presence. At the same time, the office gives our employees an environment, which promotes cooperation, engagement and well-being”, says CEO of Maersk Tankers, Christian M. Ingerslev.

Maersk Tankers has had their headquarters on Nicolai Eigtveds Gade since 2001. The plan is to move to the new location before September 1, 2019. The office Top Danmark, the current owners of the building on Holmbladsgade, are currently getting ready for Maersk tanker’s takeover of the building.

The new headquarters, Huset EDISON, will facilitate the company’s 160 employees in 3.076 square meters in a larger building with a central location.
