TS TECH acquires Hanstholm Elektronik

TS TECH has been developing rapidly for a number of years, and with the acquisition of Hanstholm Elektronik, TS TECH becomes one of the largest actors in the country when it comes to electricity and electronics services for wind, industry, marine and offshore.

TS Tech’s main business is in wind and industry, and it has a long-standing desire to advance in marine and offshore. With the acquisition of Hanstholm Elektronik, we have become a major supplier in wind, industry, marine and offshore. TS Tech has its main base in Esbjerg and, with the acquisition of Hanstholm Elektronik, now expands its field to Lindø, Thyborøn and Hanstholm. This brings us closer and gives us better opportunities to serve shipping companies in Denmark.
