The Danish Maritime Authority is inviting the Danish maritime industry to a seminar on safety onboard offshore construction vessels. The seminar takes place on June 14, 2018 for the section of the profession working on offshore construction vessels engaged in excavation work at sea.

At the seminar, the Danish Maritime Authority will address topics such as stability, risk of corruption, enforcement of regulations, conversion, barges and the coming campaign regarding control onboard offshore construction vessels.

In addition to this, the Danish Maritime Authority wishes to conduct an open dialogue with the profession, where any current issues can be discussed.

A large part of the people within the profession have already signed up to attend the seminar, both crewmembers and ship-owners, who operates these offshore construction vessels on a daily basis.
