As we are seeing an increased interest in our ProZero range of Daughter Crafts, FRB´s and Workboats, we are looking for an experienced marine sales person to strengthen our sales team.

Tuco Marine Group has a strong ambition to expand our international sales network of our ProZero brand, of Daughter Crafts, Workboats and Fast Rescue Boats, that we offer to Offshore, Military and Workboat markets.

The job
You will be responsible for driving your sales and reaching your goals. Amongst your tasks are strategic and key account management and pipeline management.
The key to your success is to possess strong sales competences and a pragmatic mindset, keep a clear focus on the main objective and having a strong ability to close a deal. We expect that you are well connected in the international marine business and are a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales person
Responsibilities of the marine sales person:
• Achieve assigned sales in designated strategic accounts/areas.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the interface between the customer and all relevant departments throughout the entire process.
• Yearly travel activity of about 70-80 days.

About you
We are looking for a colleague driven by creating a sale from the initial talks with the customer, through technical presentations and commercial negotiations to the final result: A contract. You are an experienced sales person. Your experience may be combined with an educational background such as Naval Architect, or Marine Engineer, Master Mariner or other technical skills we would highly appreciate if you have solid experience in using AutoCAD and 3d software such as Solid Works,. Your educational background is not the deciding factor but you must have a flair and understanding of both technical and commercial sales and be experienced in using the design programs as mentioned above.

Key characteristics about you:

• Previous experience in marine sales.
• Experienced user of AutoCAD/3d design programs.
• Strong account management skills.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Strong result oriented
• You are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.

At Tuco Marine Group we specialize in light structures and hulls manufactured with composite materials such as carbon fibre. Tuco supplies a range of different composite structures for the shipping industry and other industries where low weight and strength are important factors.
In 1998 when the company was founded it was a traditional yard and the main business area was sailing boats. Today focus has shifted to the construction of large structures primarily in the commercial maritime sector. The production facilities live up to all legal regulations and to the standards of the different classification companies. The production team at Tuco is a highly skilled and experienced team of boat builders, composites experts and carpenters, which is on a regular basis attending educational training.
At Tuco Yacht Yard, which is part of Tuco Marine Group we offer custom-built ships, but also repairs, maintenance and all kinds of different jobs in composite materials. The work can be performed at Tuco’s facilities in Faaborg or wherever the customer is.
