Vestas reduce share capital

SHORT NEWS: At the Annual General Meeting of Vestas Wind Systems A/S on April 6, 2017, it was decided to reduce Vestas 'share capital by nominal 6,047,780 DKKby cancellation of 6,047,780 shares of Vestas' own equity holdings.

The capital reduction has now been completed and registered. Following the capital reduction, Vestas Wind Systems A/S's share capital is nominal 215,496,947 DKK, corresponding to 215,496,947 shares with a denomination of a Danish krone.
