The Conference Secretariat behind the annual conference on maritime safety, health and environment (MSSM) has selected Maritime Denmark as its media partner for the marketing of the conference, which takes place at Hotel Nyborg Strand on August 25 - 26.

"The reason for choosing Maritime Denmark, in addition to being competitive in price, is that the company offers the right combination of communication channels and thus flexibility in news coverage and a broad audience for the maritime industry," says Jonas Licht, Communication Officer, Søfartens Arbejdsmiljøråd.

MSSM is the Blue Denmark's own conference on Maritime Safety, Health and Environment and yearly attracts about 300 participants to Hotel Nyborg Strand. At the conference, participants may experience short lectures, workshops and presentations and MSSM is a good opportunity to meet colleagues across the maritime organizations and expand your network in the industry. The conference aims to bring together all of the Blue Denmark shipping companies, governments, research institutions, companies and maritime schools, working with occupational health, safety, health and environment at the office and at sea.

The organizers of the conference are Europa's Maritime Udviklingscenter, Søfartens Arbejdsmiljøråd og Søfartsstyrelsen. The conference is supported by the Danish Martime Fund.

"MSSM focuses on safety, health and environment - and ultimately humans. These are people who make a difference every day in the Blue Denmark and therefore the conference happily supports it. We are proud to be selected as MSSM's official media partner," adds Jakob le Fevre, Partner, Media Group Maritime Denmark
