Henrik Sørensen, who is the owner-manager of Desmi A/S, has just been named this year's manager in northern Jutland. The award was presented at a grading at Nykredit in Aalborg, where business leaders from all over Jutland paid tribute to a talented owner who has created a unique growth story.

"Henrik Sørensen continually strives to create an attractive work environment where the level of competence is high and matches employee commitment and job satisfaction. It deserves recognition, and it will be interesting to follow him in the final, where he will compete against six other regional winners at the national election," says Marianne Fog Jørgensen, a partner at PwC in Aalborg.

At Desmi A/S employees are the key to success, and Henrik Sørensen has managed to triple its revenues over the last 10 years.

In relation to the challenges of recruiting the right talent and skills Desmi has built a reputation that reduces these challenges, partly as a result of the company's development and international DNA. An image which Henrik Sørensen has worked very hard to create, and today Desmi acquires all the skills needed - and many more.
