New structure in Maritime Denmark
The international maritime exhibition, Danish Maritime Fair, has been so successful that it now represents a significant part of the Media Group Maritime Denmark's activities. As a consequence, the Media Group now changes its structure and add a new partner.
All sales and marketing activities associated with the Danish Maritime Fair are currently handled by an external partner, MARPRO, founded and owned by Jakob le Fevre.
"To ensure the continued development of the Danish Maritime Fair, we have decided to integrate the sales and marketing efforts – which is currently carried out by MARPRO – into the Media Group," says René Wittendorff, CEO of the Media Group Maritime Denmark.
"As MARPRO becomes part of the Media Group, Jakob le Fevre will join the Group as a partner with effect from 1 October."
"For several years we have worked closely with Jakob, and I have the greatest respect for his professional skills and great energy. I am sure that Jakob will have a major impact on the continued development of the Media Group," says René Wittendorff.
Jakob le Fevre, who has spent his entire working life in different parts of the maritime sector, is looking forward to the new cooperation.
"I'm really happy to be part of the Media Group Maritime Denmark. We have been working on this for a very long time, and now it has finally been shaped," says Jakob le Fevre.
"I am looking forward to add new energy and enthusiasm to Maritime Denmark, and I am very pleased to contribute to the further positive development of both the exhibition and the media”.
Jakob le Fevre will take overall responsibility for Maritime Denmark's total sales and marketing, activities, and take part in the development of existing and new businesses in cooperation with the two other partners, René Wittendorff and Martin Uhlenfeldt
