OW Bunker seeking protection in the US

Short news: On Thursday evening, OW Bunkers US companies OW Bunker Holding North America, OW Bunker North America and OW Bunker USA sought Chapter 11 protection in the US.

The three companies, two of which are based in Stamford and the third in Houston, have a combined value of between 10 and 50 million dollars and liabilities between 50 and 100 million dollars.
